Breakfast time! We started off by dehydrating mashed bananas, brazil nuts, flax meal, cinnamon, and water to make the pancake. (recipe found in "Ani's Raw Food Essentials" by Ani Phyo). Meg came to Callie's early in the morning and we threw some frozen bananas in the blender to make a yummy soft-serve, added some coco nibs and multi-colored berries and we had a DELICIOUS breakfast!
Now were on to making raw rye flat bread in our Excalibur Dehydrator!
